Refunds

Please note, refunds and/or exchanges are not accepted. If for any reason you receive the incorrect product, please take a photo of your packing slip or email confirmation and email it to me at pbarsilverco@gmail.com.

Shipping

Products are shipped via USPS First class or Priority Mail. P Bar Silver Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Tracking information will be provided by USPS. Once the package has been dropped off at USPS, refunds will/cannot be issued. Free shipping for orders placed over $200.

Please note that any orders that are placed Friday thru Sunday will not be dropped off at the post office till Monday. Any orders place through out the week please allow one day to be delivered to the post office. 

Custom Orders

Please allow a 4-6 week lead time on customs pieces. Custom orders come with free shipping. A deposit will be submitted before the piece is started. Once the piece is finished I will send you a PayPal for the final total. Deposits will be no more then $100. All payments will be sent through PayPal. If the remaining balance for the custom is not paid with in 2 weeks, customer will be charged an additional $50 for no payment. Emails will be sent out if payment has not been paid. 

I do not do custom orders on the cactus necklaces do to such a high demand. I will do any other kind of custom piece you have in mind. Highly encourage reference pictures. Please email me at pbarsilverco@gmail.com if you are interested in a custom or have any questions.

Products

All jewelry made through P Bar Silver Co. is made with sterling silver .999 and .925. Every product will be described with each stone and sterling silver being used. P Bar Silver Co. doesn't cut the stones and is not responsible for the flaws the stones contain when received. All stone are bought through small businesses and are looked at carefully before setting in the sterling silver. Any broken, cracked or chip stones will not be used.
